Bought a Neptune Teak Chair and they shipped it immediately. It arrived quickly but had a crack in it. I reached out to them and they agreed to send a replacement right away. I just connected with them today so it will be a couple of days before I receive it but they were responsive and have great customer service. Other than the crack (which may have happened during shipping) the chair is very nice!Follow up email:Neptune shipped the new chair immediately. I received it a couple of days later. It was in excellent condition. Thank you!
