After opening the packaging only to verify this feature (without using the product), I discovered that the functionality was not as expected.Oclean refused any return or alternative solution, hiding behind hygiene policies, even though the product was unused.This experience showed me a brand that prioritizes rigid policies over customer trust and satisfaction.I do not recommend Oclean to anyone who values transparency and responsible after-sales support.
