I’ve been using Oclean toothbrushes for the last five years and always considered them the best. I recommended them to friends, gave them as gifts to my family — the brand truly seemed reliable and trustworthy.However, my experience with the Oclean X Ultra has been a complete disappointment. The brush, gifted to me in April, started having issues after just a few months — the battery now lasts only 5 days instead of the advertised 40, and it began switching modes on its own, as if it had phantom touches.Since it was a gift, I don’t have a receipt, but all Oclean toothbrushes come with a two-year warranty, and the X Ultra model has been on the market for less than two years. I contacted customer support, provided photos and videos, and waited weeks for a response.The only reply I received, on October 2, was that the brush might be in “demo mode” and that I should simply turn it off and on again. Of course, that didn’t help. I immediately responded, sent additional photos and videos, and asked what other proof they needed to confirm that the brush was faulty. Almost a month has passed since then — no reply at all.It’s honestly shameful for a supposedly reputable brand to treat loyal customers this way and to offer such poor customer support. I can’t see how a company that ignores warranty claims can be considered trustworthy anymore.
