⚠️ WARNING TO ALL TRADERS
I requested a withdrawal from Octa and the status in my account shows SUCCESSFUL.
However, after more than 7 days, the money has never been received in my bank account.
What makes this issue very serious is that:
No bank transfer proof was provided
No MT103 document was issued
No transaction reference number was given
Octa claims to offer instant bank transfer, but in reality the funds are still missing after one week.
I contacted customer support multiple times. Unfortunately, I only received template replies, repeated delays, and no real solution.
If the money had truly been sent, providing official bank transfer proof should be simple.
Until now, no proof has been shown at all.
