Pathetic. My withdrawal request not responded since many days. I have been blocked from talking to an agent. My emails also remained unanswered. Before blocking and after many requests that money was needed on medical grounds, one agent Mr. Roy responded to show crypto proof of deposits which I did promptly. Despite that no action was taken on quick processing of withdrawl.
Customer support team really done a good job, application is user friendly....Intrest free means they won't chsarge you any interst for opening a position for more than 2 days.
Hello I made a deposit of rs. 3500 on last Friday. Its been a week since I made the deposit and still it's not reflecting in my trading account. I was asked to provide the screenshot to process it couple days back. I did that too but still no update on response from them. Not able to hold them in live chat as well.. there were no issues earlier . Now why there is a sudden issues in deposit/withdrawal and no live representative for support. Any issues? I see that now sit is redirecting to elev8 as well. No communication regarding that too. It would be helpful if they could see this and procedd the deposit sooner

I am octafx customer from more than 4 years but now i have been tired from them if i want to deposit money they will deduct the money in just 2 minutes and when i do withdrawal they takes so long more than 3 days i will suggest you guys never use octafx first of all they do not have any customer service number or customer service agent if you face any issues you have to do just email and wait they will always day they have team and they are doing there best to release your fund

I am from india whenever i want to deposit money via UPI i never find and when i asked them why i can not see UPI payment option for deposit thy will say this UPI Payment mode is on Maintenence mode what is this
Is this car or truck they send for Maintanance thy use to close this payment option more than 10 times in one day what is that guys and when we try to connect with you via email they will say that our team is doing their best what kind of best if this is your best team work then one day your team let you close this platform for permanently

- The copy trading sync issue has been ongoing for over 45 days.
- Master trader MSK123 closed the trades (EURCHF and EURCAD, opened Dec 08, 2025) on MT4.
- But in my app, they are still shown as OPEN, with increasing loss and "Platform is unreachable at the moment" error.
- Support replies daily with the same Hindi message: "Dhanyavaad aapki dhairya ke liye... update email se milegi" – no actual fix or timeline.
- Equity shown as $563.98, but real profit/loss not updating.
- I have screenshots of repetitive replies, app error, and trade status (can provide if needed).
