My care support worker ordered a mattress topper for me last summer due to my back problems, expecting it to be supportive. Instead, it has developed dips in all the so-called supportive areas despite regular rotation. I’m quite disappointed with its quality. I reached out about this issue months ago and am still sending in pictures for proof. Their customer service is lacking, and I question how they can advertise such a high rating when my experience has been so poor.
