I've had the mattress topper for just three months, and it's already showing significant dips that can't be fixed. It's clearly not memory foam but a cheap material. Both my partner and I have experienced hip pain due to its poor quality. This feels like a total rip-off, and I urge others not to buy it. The advertising is misleading, and I'm currently waiting for a response to my email.
I bought a mattress topper, but I can't recommend it based on my experience. The quality is subpar, and the aftercare support is very slow to respond. It feels like a tactic to delay returns. During the first 22 days, the topper came apart twice, and each time I fixed it before reaching out for help. They direct you to email, and despite providing detailed information and photos, their replies only lead to more questions and requests for additional photos. After 15 more days of waiting, they still claim to be investigating. I just want an exchange for a functional topper.
Avoid this company at all costs. I faced numerous issues after ordering a mattress. When it arrived, it was unsuitable, but they claimed I couldn't return it since I opened it. I had to contact consumer services, citing my rights, but now I have to return it myself, and they warn I might not receive a full refund.
