Absolutely the worst mattress we have ever bought in 43 years of marriage..within a week a dip appeared on my husbands side ..he's not heavy or tall ..within a month he said it's like sleeping in a bucket ..contacted them sent lots of photographs of mattress full bed ...bed base ...APPARENTLY normal allowance ..totally appauled by their lack of customer service ..
