Ordered mattress topper 25th October for Xmas gift . Company policy is to allow 28 days for delivery . I called on 22 nd November and was told there would be a delay . I then received an email from company informing me to expect delivery 18th December . I called them on 8th December to ask if delivery would be as planned for 18th . I was then told not to expect delivery before end of December . I am extremely unhappy with this customer service , or lack of , the company are continuously advertising product with 28 days delivery . DO NOT ORDER if you expect 28 days delivery
