Delivered on time, but within a year I was sleeping in a huge human-sized divot, causing extensive back and hip pain. I contacted for a refund/replacement on the 8 year warranty and the hoops needed to jump through were ridiculous and impossible for a disabled person. Don't waste your time or money, I've found a replacement half the price and far better quality. Note to those looking with disabilities, look at memory foam toppers advertised for those with pressure sore's and what they look like/how they are made/designed. Then look for an off brand copy as the branded ones are extortionate.
