Similar to others in this thread, despite the 12 months "purchase" warranty and the 18 year "product warranty" the mattress is identifying as a taco, at the ripe old age, of 7 months old. After registering a complaint with mattressnextday, sending a simple video of a tin of food rolling (unaided) in the middle of the bed Dormeo refused to accept the taco disposition. I then received various instructions to dip, photograph, document issues, again, Dormeo refused to accept the taco arrangement.Instalment 3 to the ongoing saga - Dormeo then sent a "independent mattress inspector" to visit my home (I'd like to add at 7am...) to photograph the issues. Surprise, surprise, no further forward. Save yourself, Save you back, Save your stress levels - buy another mattress.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
