Just had my smart gas meter replaced by an excellent Ambassador for Octopus Energy, Ryan. He called to advise of arrival time, parked properly in an Octopus sign written van, introduced himself, explained what he was doing and why. He was clean and tidy and worked efficiently. Afterwards, he explained what he had done and what will happen going forwards. I could not praise him enough. Please clone him and send him to the subcontractors because it was like Chalk and Cheese. A superb experience.
