I called Octopus Energy to discuss why I was charged two different Oncor delivery charges this month & your CSR Eric explained that Oncor’s price changes once a year & that happened during the month. We also spoke about my contract expiring in a few months & he was extremely helpful with ideas & suggestions how I can remain with Octopus Energy. I was impressed with him & with Octopus’ cancellation policy & overall efforts to retain customers.
