Octopus Energy is amazing. I am SO glad I switched to them. Their customer support team are incredibly helpful, efficient, kind, courteous, understanding and flexible. They leave my previous energy supplier in the dust, who were also extortionately expensive compared to Octopus. I have saved so much each month since joining them. Their rates are extremely competitive. I'd like to give a particular shout out to Toni in their customer support team who has just been exceptional. I had an issue with my apartment's electricity meter tripping off this week and because of having gone through a stressful few months prior, I overreacted as I didn't at first understand the situation and had a mini-meltdown over email, lol. Toni and the team however responded with such kindness, patience, professionalism and understanding which I was really touched by. These guys are just brilliant.
