I've never encountered anything like this. I had booked a room but needed to move in two days for personal reasons, and it was impossible to do so. Even if there was availability, I wanted to cancel. I've sent over 1000 messages without getting a response. The booking was canceled, but I can't get my money back. I've never experienced such poor customer service across phone, email, and messaging. There's no assistance, so I advise staying away because it cannot be good. Yes, you might respond to this review, but I've sent over 1000 messages without any reply. An update: after several weeks, it's still impossible to get any response, even from customer service. They say I just need to contact them, but they do nothing. This is the worst company ever; stay far away.
