I'm unable to contact the company and I'm worried that the new hotel won't be ready in time for our vacation! I made five calls today, but the system dropped each call, which is unacceptable given that I've paid in advance! I also need to discuss the room I reserved, as we are traveling with a senior citizen who has a disability, and the room layout isn't clear from the booking!

I arrived late at night, feeling exhausted and hoping for an easy check-in. Instead, I encountered a receptionist who demanded a €300 deposit that was never mentioned in my booking confirmation. When I asked for clarification, he raised his voice and said, “If you don’t like it, you can leave.” I requested a manager, but he claimed there wasn’t one available. There was no welcome or information about the facilities. I had to inquire about breakfast, gym, and pool, and his response was simply, “First floor.” It was evident he didn't care. The situation worsened with towels that smelled used, a dirty pool that looked nothing like the pictures, and I ended up with food poisoning from breakfast. As a solo traveler, I sought kindness and safety, but instead, I felt dismissed, disrespected, and unwell. The behavior I experienced was entirely unacceptable, and the hotel conditions were equally poor.
I've never encountered anything like this. I had booked a room but needed to move in two days for personal reasons, and it was impossible to do so. Even if there was availability, I wanted to cancel. I've sent over 1000 messages without getting a response. The booking was canceled, but I can't get my money back. I've never experienced such poor customer service across phone, email, and messaging. There's no assistance, so I advise staying away because it cannot be good. Yes, you might respond to this review, but I've sent over 1000 messages without any reply. An update: after several weeks, it's still impossible to get any response, even from customer service. They say I just need to contact them, but they do nothing. This is the worst company ever; stay far away.
This company is dreadful. They do not respond to emails and have zero communication. They clearly do not manage their properties and show a lack of care. When they finally do reply, they ask for details but provide no email address for communication. It's laughable if it weren't so serious and shockingly inadequate.
Our experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing—far from the advertised four stars, closer to three at best. Upon arrival, the room cleanliness raised immediate concerns: damp bathroom walls, dusty and moldy ventilation, and grimy light fixtures. The so-called “quadruple” room was cramped with worn and uncomfortable beds, and the appliances were outdated. Noise was a constant issue; we could hear every footstep and conversation from neighboring rooms. The pool area and restaurant smelled of stale smoke, the chairs were dirty, and the pool's footbath looked unsanitary. Most staff seemed indifferent, and if you care about your vehicle, beware: instead of a simple warning about parking, we returned to find scratches on our new car. And don’t bother asking for camera footage; there’s nothing to see. In summary: avoid this property unless you're ready for subpar cleanliness, uncomfortable accommodations, and unprofessional service.
An exceptional hotel experience. Ideal location, close to everything yet very quiet. The hotel offers all the amenities you could wish for, including parking and laundry facilities. If you prefer not to venture out for breakfast, there’s a restaurant on the top floor. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Though my French was limited, their English was excellent.
I stayed at one of their properties and found that they wrongfully charged me €35 for a parking space I never requested, as I was a guest on a packaged trip without a car. Upon returning home, I discovered this charge, and they are still trying to claim I booked parking. Avoid this company; they take your money and refuse to acknowledge their mistakes. It's simply unacceptable.
I would rate this experience five stars, but I couldn't use the online check-in system as it didn't recognize my booking reference and surname. After emailing the reception, I was told to call customer service, but I struggled with the automated system due to the language barrier and could not speak to a person.
