Having booked a stay in La Clusaz in a new residence I was concerned that the resort was still under construction so I contacted them directly and was assured the resort was completed. I also contacted reception at the resort and again this was confirmed.Upon arrival this was clearly not the caseEntrance Doors missing from apartment blocksSki rooms with no lockersDoor to room would not lockDirty roomsNo restaurant or bar opensmashed windowsTook until midnight to organise a room which was still not what had been paid for.I complained via email and was told to mail the complaint to head office in France!! Why an email was not adequate I don't know.After waiting 12 weeks and then still having to phone over and over and be kept on hold for an hour I was told it would be resolved.I was given a 25% refund for a holiday on a building site and yet again they are ignoring all emails.DONT BOOK WITH THEM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST EVER EXPERIENCED.I WOULD LIKE TO ADD IT IS NOW ON JUNE 22 AND HAVING SENT A FURTER 10+ EMAILS I HAVE STILL NOT BEEN CONTACTED AS THE REPLY STATED I WOULD. JUST A COMMENT TO MAKE THEM LOOK BETTER.DONT BE FOOLED!!!!
