My dress arrived with marks and pulls on the material. Customer service while professional and responsive offered me a 15% partial refund or to return for a gift card balance once inspected. Disappointing considering the quality I would expect for the prices. I ordered a new dress elsewhere and will sadly pay more to have the dress fixed.
