Odd Muse is a store I shop at frequently. This was the first time I ordered online rather than purchasing in-store. The dress arrived exactly as described, high-quality fabric, a flattering cut, and a perfect fit.
I have had a few dresses now from Odd Muse for various occasions and they have all been amazing!
The high quality material is comfortable and flattering and fits true to size. Prices of garments are also reasonable.

Love the quality of the clothing and customer service by this women-owned brand! I mistakenly ordered two of the same item and I asked if the item could be replaced with a different color, fully expecting for that not to be feasible as the order has already been placed. Thankfully, they were quick to modify the order and grant my request. Tremendously appreciated, both for the kindness and flexibility but also for the urgency and quickness this matter was treated with!
My dress arrived with marks and pulls on the material. Customer service while professional and responsive offered me a 15% partial refund or to return for a gift card balance once inspected. Disappointing considering the quality I would expect for the prices. I ordered a new dress elsewhere and will sadly pay more to have the dress fixed.
I had an exchange that involved a few moving parts, and the customer support team went far above and beyond. They responded incredibly quickly (often multiple times a day), proactively solved issues before I even had to ask, and were genuinely kind throughout the entire process.I’ve honestly never experienced this level of care or responsiveness from a support team before. What could have been frustrating was completely stress-free thanks to them. Truly exceptional service.
