I can only speak to my experiences, which have all been great. I left a major competitor's unlimited subscription due to a really bad experience. In November, I joined the service and I'm very happy I did. The theaters are warm, the luxury seating is comfortable and convenient with tables for snacks. The app works well for bookings. Most importantly, every staff member I've met has been polite, respectful, informative, and they clean the theaters enthusiastically after each screening.
