As noted by others, cancelling the membership is extremely challenging. You can't simply end the subscription through your account; instead, you must complete an online form to request cancellation. I submitted this form months ago and have only received an email stating they are busy and will respond, but they do not follow up, even after multiple inquiries. It feels like a trap designed to make signing up easy but cancelling nearly impossible. Since they continue to withdraw payments and my account was linked to my debit card, I had to cancel my card and order a new one. While the subscription itself is fantastic and can lead to significant savings, the absurd cancellation process is a major deterrent, and I, along with others, will not be using it again.
