The website repeatedly states that PayPal is an accepted payment option. I used my last data to download the app to order a new bundle with PayPal, but the option was nowhere to be found. Why advertise something that's not available? I'm frustrated with this service. Edit: I don't believe any resolution will come from this, and I doubt things will change. I've already purchased a bundle from another provider but might give this service another chance next month, though I expect no improvements. It's disappointing that the representative seems to think generic responses will convince customers. Their reply doesn't address my issue and feels like a tactic to dismiss my genuine experience.
