This chair has been great overall. One small design defect (a fragile, flexible plastic piece in the lumbar area gives out), but the support group there was very responsive in sending out a replacement part, even a year or two after purchase. (If you have the same issue, I highly recommend putting a tennis ball in there to restrict how much it can flex so it doesn't break!)
