My customer service experience with Odin Lake was surprisingly good. The communication they afforded me upon receipt of my chair was beyond what I see from most other companies, and I did not initially expect it. The issue with my chair was resolved fairly easily, and with intelligence and empathy. The communication was all via email, as they do not provide a service phone number. I broke my first rule of ordering things online ONLY if they have phone contact. I was afraid at first, but it worked out.
