Emails go unanswered and bogus tracking number. Also, I found out that you and pets cannot be in room during use. Nowhere on their website does it state this!I have asked for full refund as the tracking number does not exist so obviously has not been shipped yet. No reply. Bogus company. Buyer beware. Going to complain to Paypal about this company and direct them to many similar complaints.
