Very unhappy did not know you cannot use whilst in the room or with pets had it on for a few minutes it gives a terrible smell it's dangerous no warning at all do not buy this product
Been emailing for past 3 weeks & they not had decency to acknowledge. Bought the New Odorgo plugs. They do not work. Once this company get your money that's it. They offer 90 day return but will not state where to return product to. Don't waste your money. Posted review on their site but they removed it. They do not show any negative reviews at all. Total scam.
I placed my order on June 30th and received a fake tracking number. It's been over 20 days and nothing has arrived. There's no contact number, and my numerous emails have gone unanswered. Be cautious; they might just take your money.
The product worked for just one day and won't turn on again! I overlooked the warning about not being in the same room, which makes me very disappointed. I'd like to know how and where I can return it. I received my item on 23/04/2025 and used it the next day.
