I purchased from them however it never mentioned that when you use the device you have to go out for 30 minutes and that it is not suitable for pets you only find this out when it arrives and the instructions state this. If I had known about it I would not have bought it so sent emails asking how to return the item and get a refund they replied but still didn’t give me the details for returning it I sent a further two emails which have been ignored do not buy this unless you are willing to go out for 30 minutes whilst in useReally annoyed with this company
