Unfortunate experience. I recommend not purchasing anything. I placed an order on 10/28/2025 (order number 256055 for 32.69 euros). The order never arrived. I sent numerous emails requesting a refund, but none were answered, and I have yet to receive my money back. I plan to file a complaint with the authorities in early January.
