Disappointing experience, avoid this company. I placed an order on 10/28/2025 for 32.69 euros. The order never arrived. I sent multiple emails requesting a refund, but none were answered, and I still haven't received my money back. I will be filing a complaint with the authorities in early January.

Fast shipping, but delivery service issue

They shipped quickly, but you have to use FedEx for international shipping, which is the worst delivery partner. Communication via email for delivery updates was fine until FedEx got involved.

CAUTION WITH THIS COMPANY

Order# OEM255984. The part I ordered was unavailable two weeks later with no activity. I emailed for a refund, but received no reply. UPDATE 11/1/25: Still no communication or refund. I checked my spam folder, and there are no emails or phone calls. CAUTION when dealing with this company. UPDATE 11/3/25: Still no communication, no refund. They are outright dishonest! UPDATE 11/5/25: Still no communication or refund. This is outright theft.
