I placed my order on 12/10/25, and as of 12/24/25, my order is still far away. If you are reading this, I strongly advise against doing business with this company. Their return policy is questionable, and it feels like a scam, as they expect customers to bear the cost and time of shipping items from overseas. Opt for other retailers where you can receive your items quickly and have easy return options. I requested to cancel my order and get a refund since I won't receive it in time for my child's Christmas gift, but their response was to shift blame elsewhere. They stated: "Unfortunately, once an order is processed and shipped, we are unable to accept returns due to the nature of our products being made on demand specifically for each customer. Please know that this situation is out of our control...Thank you for your understanding, and I appreciate your patience during this busy season." This reflects a poor business model and even worse practices to deflect responsibility. In today's world, taking more than two weeks to ship an item is unacceptable. Additionally, I found no information on their website indicating that products would ship from overseas or that timely delivery for Christmas was uncertain. This is unacceptable. Consider this a warning to anyone thinking of shopping with this company.
