In my opinion, this company deserves a rating of minus five stars. I ordered three products and tried to cancel the next morning, only to find out the cancellation window was just six hours. I was told I could return the items unopened, but faced a restocking fee that I found unreasonable. The shipping process was delayed, and resolving the issue took nearly 50 emails. Although I eventually received a refund, it was not in the timeframe promised. I also received numerous unwanted emails about additional products and a membership charge I never agreed to. This has been a frustrating experience; I recommend avoiding any orders with this company.
