I gave one star because zero isn't allowed! The customer service is terrible; it feels like I'm only receiving automated replies! I reached the required level in the game but received no tokens. I have gone in circles providing screenshots, but I always get the same message about policy violations. I received tokens before, but then it just stopped. I repeatedly asked what policy I violated, but they just open new cases and send me back in circles. I tried five times and then deleted the game.
