I've been using this app as a source of free premium currency for a mobile game that I am very fond of and have been playing for years now. This has been a fun and reliable source for finding great deals that make it cheaper to receive premium currency. I'd also like to thank members of Thier customer support team for being very swift and mindful about replying to customers having any issues. I received very friendly and quick support from a member of Thier staff and he or she made it much clearer for me to understand the process and progress of a case I had put in. Getting a response from an actual representative was very assuring and he or she was very kind and professional.
With all said my only issue is that there can be complications with certain offers some involving spending money to complete task but the Offerwall support does hold very through investigations and with easy to receive evidence all problems can be resolved. I will admit the process is very simple and that is a huge plus.
With just how much I have received though and the fun I've had I have to leave a 5-Star review as it's been a reliable source for me for some time now and problems are usually to a minimum. Thanks again customer support!
I made efforts to complete the tasks, but something went wrong. I submitted a ticket and followed all the instructions provided, yet both tickets were closed with a label of “violation of terms and conditions”… very disappointing quality.
As mentioned by others, they do not reward you for completed offers, and their chat bots provide unhelpful responses when it would be simple to rectify the situation and credit your points. It seems they have access to your activity history but prefer to frustrate you instead.
They are entirely untrustworthy. I played games and received no rewards. When I contacted customer service, it was a continuous loop of unhelpful responses asking for resubmissions and denials. They promise rewards for completing levels, but after reaching 35 levels, I received nothing. The offers often disappear the same day.
Don't even attempt to get anything from their offers; they are just deceiving people. I tried to earn gems in a game, made an in-game purchase, and was told I didn't meet the terms and conditions (which I know I did). I opened a new ticket, but again received no help, just automated replies.
I completed two offers but did not receive any credit. When I reached out to customer service, I was told I did not meet the requirements (which I did) or that I violated their terms (which I did not). I contacted them again and received the same automated response. It seems there’s no actual support team; they just deny any missed offers to avoid payouts.
I gave one star because zero isn't allowed! The customer service is terrible; it feels like I'm only receiving automated replies! I reached the required level in the game but received no tokens. I have gone in circles providing screenshots, but I always get the same message about policy violations. I received tokens before, but then it just stopped. I repeatedly asked what policy I violated, but they just open new cases and send me back in circles. I tried five times and then deleted the game.
I completed an offer almost 8 days ago, and my reward has not been granted. When I contacted customer service, I received the same response, “we are checking your eligibility with the advertiser.” The reward is supposed to be granted within an hour of completion. This is frustrating, as players want to use the rewards immediately in the game.
