Unfortunately, they haven't arrived, and I've been informed that an attempt was made to deliver them this morning, which is untrue. The delivery service won't help since the tracking number starts with a 'J'. I've been told to reach out to the company. Supposedly, they will deliver on the next working day, but past experiences make me doubtful. Given the negative reviews I've seen, I doubt they will process a full refund. I regret not checking reviews beforehand—it's best to avoid this company!
