I have shopped at office for years and incredibly disappointed with their service recently. I ordered a pair of ugg boots for my grandmother that fitted but would not stay on here feet so unfit for purpose. I was one day out of the return policy at 29 days and have sent several emails and gotten absolutely no help told I can’t return even though they are not fit for purpose. Really annoyed as I am now £100 out of pocket.

Twice now, this store has sold me stock they don't actually have, held my money hostage, and forced me to file a bank dispute just to get a refund.

​Customer service is a mess of conflicting scripts - one representative told me my items were on the way, while the next admitted they’d likely never be dispatched due to 'low stock'. When I questioned why this keeps happening, they actually told me:
'Order confirmation is not a guarantee of stock availability.' Save yourself the headache and the tied-up funds. Their inventory system and guarantees are completely unreliable.

Are office shoes going under? Is this why they are refusing the return of my recent pair of shoes that they claim I have worn and haven't worn at all? This is the only explanation I can come up with, I will keep returning these shoes and I will take this to the small claims court. By rhe looks of these reviews it looks as if they are.

Second time facing serious issues with this service.

This marks the second occasion I’ve encountered significant problems with orders from this service. Most recently, I received a pair of slippers that were clearly a used return. The box had been resealed by the previous customer, the internal packaging was not secure, one slipper had a strong odor, displayed a visible foot imprint, and only one slipper had tags attached. This is wholly unacceptable for an item advertised as new. In a prior order for boots, I received another customer’s invoice for a completely different pair, which included their full personal information and home address. When I reached out to customer support, I was simply instructed to discard it, raising serious concerns about data protection. Moreover, this service charges for returns even when the fault is clearly theirs. Accessing customer support is extremely challenging — live chat goes unanswered, and the only option seems to be email. This is incredibly frustrating when dealing with such issues and not being able to speak to a real person. When problems are communicated via email, the responses fail to acknowledge the inconvenience caused, including the trouble of returning faulty items and waiting over three weeks for a refund. Overall, this experience has revealed significant shortcomings in quality control, hygiene standards, customer service, and data protection. I will not be placing any more orders.

In response to the one-star review I submitted on January 6th, I received a comment from the company on January 9th, stating they had sent me a private message for more details. I provided all the requested information within 10 minutes, but I have yet to receive any response!

Terrible experience; zero stars would be more fitting. My order never arrived. While I understand that issues can occur, the following situation was infuriating. I exchanged 48 emails over 34 days with no resolution, just repeated messages saying, 'we're investigating, please be patient.' There was no phone number to reach out, and the AI responses were unhelpful. The online chat was always unavailable. If you're considering placing an order online with this service, I strongly advise against it.

Disappointing experience with delivery

I spent £180 plus express postage on a pair of walking trainers, needing them urgently for an upcoming trip. Unfortunately, they haven't arrived, and I've been informed that an attempt was made to deliver them this morning, which is untrue. The delivery service won't help since the tracking number starts with a 'J'. I've been told to reach out to the company. Supposedly, they will deliver on the next working day, but past experiences make me doubtful. Given the negative reviews I've seen, I doubt they will process a full refund. I regret not checking reviews beforehand—it's best to avoid this company!

Delivery Promise Not Fulfilled

I placed an order expecting a 3–5 day delivery as promised, but that turned out to be untrue. My order was delayed for days before it was shipped, and the courier only got it on Christmas Eve. There was no sense of urgency or accountability, and the customer service was terrible. This was intended as a Christmas gift, and they completely messed it up. Totally unacceptable. I recommend avoiding this service if timely delivery matters to you.

Terrible Experience with Delivery and Refund

I ordered some shoes online with express signed-for shipping. The delivery was handled by a courier who left the shoes on a doorstep in a block of flats. I've been trying to get a refund from the courier or the company since December 4th. If you're looking for a Christmas gift, consider shopping elsewhere! The customer service has been shocking and has made me hesitant to purchase from this company again! I still have no shoes and no refund, and Christmas is in just 10 days! Avoid this situation by shopping somewhere else.
