This marks the second occasion I’ve encountered significant problems with orders from this service. Most recently, I received a pair of slippers that were clearly a used return. The box had been resealed by the previous customer, the internal packaging was not secure, one slipper had a strong odor, displayed a visible foot imprint, and only one slipper had tags attached. This is wholly unacceptable for an item advertised as new. In a prior order for boots, I received another customer’s invoice for a completely different pair, which included their full personal information and home address. When I reached out to customer support, I was simply instructed to discard it, raising serious concerns about data protection. Moreover, this service charges for returns even when the fault is clearly theirs. Accessing customer support is extremely challenging — live chat goes unanswered, and the only option seems to be email. This is incredibly frustrating when dealing with such issues and not being able to speak to a real person. When problems are communicated via email, the responses fail to acknowledge the inconvenience caused, including the trouble of returning faulty items and waiting over three weeks for a refund. Overall, this experience has revealed significant shortcomings in quality control, hygiene standards, customer service, and data protection. I will not be placing any more orders.
