I need help. I'm being charged €69 a year for Office 365, even though I don't have a subscription. I do have a Microsoft account, but it shows that I'm not tied to a subscription. The phone hotline only gives me an electronic message, and I'm fobbed off. No one answers my emails either. The support via the Microsoft website is a complete joke. I'm just being redirected from one page to another without any opportunity for personal contact. Please stop debiting my money.
