OMG. They took money from my account unauthorised.I WANT IT BACKMY BANK WILL BLOCK IT BUT I WANT ANSWERSTHEY WONT REPLY TO THIS.....WONT HOLD MY BREATHTo continue........have been trying all night to reset my pin as I forgot it.They tie you in knots and make it as complicated so you forget about it.ABSOLUTE DISGRACE......NOW IM REALLY MAD.WILL BLOCK THEMSORRY SORRY SORRY SORRYWhat can I say ???? NOT MICROSOFTS FAULT ! ! !AND... not my flippin fault either.BIG SCAM...........I cancelled my debit card 2 days ago.Looks like the Morons saw the cancellation today.As I turned my I phone on this morning and swiped the screen to see what i had missed P I N G .........MESSAGE FROM BANK....please verify these transactions......7 x £15 PendingIm gunna swear BUT TRUSTPILOT WONT LET MESO rang the bank for the second time today and they have to wait for it to clear (so the t---s get £105)They then investigate (after me answering several questions for security,) and will refund the money when they have answers.I have always checked my bank twice a day as I am old and am a rail pain. Now its 3 times.Oh and im cancelling the £1.99 per month which I started recently with Microsoft.BEWARE I HAVE WASTED 2 DAYS WORRYING ABOUT THIS.AND TO THE MORONS.....WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUNDHOPE YOU GET YOURS T---TSSORRY MICROSOFT.
