I signed up to the business for our 3 laptops, I tried to set it up, main laptop was set up pretty ok. I the rest of my days going back and forth trying to get help with online chat, could never get them working and on the account. still trying as I write this is pure frustration with the accessibility and ease of this online system, I read reviews, and seemed ok, but when I have tried to set it up and get sorted for our small business, a complete mistake and wish I never started down this road. In the process, after it has stuffed 1 laptop with the changed I was told to do that I rebooted it from scratch and going to try brand new again. I highly recommend anyone thinking about it, do some homework and chat with some people first as it really really is NOT user friendly at all to set up any more than one system. extremely difficult. Currently looking at other options as simply cant get the help to get our systems working correctly. and for a small business not having IT it criples us every day we keep trying to sort it and get it right. still cant remove personal accounts, keeps diverting back to personal accounts and will not allow the business accounts to be installed. really difficult to work with Microsoft products in total. and lack of support and knowledge.
