You might fill out the form correctly, yet your claim gets denied due to numerous bugs in the system. The information from the form doesn't reach the insurance provider. They don't address these issues; instead, you're left to resubmit, despite it being their software's fault. It takes them over a day to respond since they're overwhelmed with problems. This company feels untrustworthy and is a significant waste of time. I could have created better software back in school.
