We appreciate the user-friendly experience of the platform. However, we would like to see an online credentialing feature that allows us to complete the process once, which could then be sent to all the insurance providers we work with. Another service is already implementing this in a couple of states, and we hope you will consider following suit.
Extremely disappointing. The service toggles between the old and new modes, both of which are plagued with issues. You might fill out the form correctly, yet your claim gets denied due to numerous bugs in the system. The information from the form doesn't reach the insurance provider. They don't address these issues; instead, you're left to resubmit, despite it being their software's fault. It takes them over a day to respond since they're overwhelmed with problems. This company feels untrustworthy and is a significant waste of time. I could have created better software back in school.

I find the platform easy to navigate, fast, and reliable. My only issue is that they frequently require password changes, and I often have to call to get it done. However, reaching the support team is straightforward, and they are courteous and quick to assist.
The platform is easy to navigate. They have made updates to their services while keeping the original interface, which works well for me. As a small user, I didn't need all the additional features, so retaining the old interface was ideal.
