Placed large order, no delivery updates so had to chase. Only then did they tell me 3 desks I ordered were out of stock so nothing had even been despatched. Had to select replacement over phone. Then another item failed to be delivered, called again, same problem. I shouldn't have to call to be told something is out of stock. The customer service person was unapologetic and rude over the phone using the same stupid excuse about suppliers not updating them. I don't care. Your system and your service should be better.
