Very efficient ordering process my office chair arrived the next day as advised. I was able to put it together as it was a flat packed with the help of a video on the web site. Excellent product and service couldn’t fault it .
Excellent service. The product I originally ordered was going to be delayed by a few weeks, so they got in touch within a couple of hours and arranged a suitable alternative without any fuss. Everything was delivered the very next day along with the rest of my order.The packaging was excellent, with everything well protected and arriving in perfect condition. I would absolutely shop here again.
Placed large order, no delivery updates so had to chase. Only then did they tell me 3 desks I ordered were out of stock so nothing had even been despatched. Had to select replacement over phone. Then another item failed to be delivered, called again, same problem. I shouldn't have to call to be told something is out of stock. The customer service person was unapologetic and rude over the phone using the same stupid excuse about suppliers not updating them. I don't care. Your system and your service should be better.
