12/20/2025: Finally received the assistance I needed and managed to activate the product. The customer service was outstanding as the support team responded promptly. It involved several emails back and forth, but I have my product and it functions. **Caution to buyers. I did receive the product I ordered, but it initially would not activate. I called multiple numbers I found and sent several emails, but received no responses, and the phone numbers seemed inactive.
