I had my doubts about this site, especially given the numerous reports of failed purchasing attempts. However, my experience turned out to be quite satisfactory: I ended up with a functional Office 2019 Pro system on Windows 11 at an excellent price. Here are some issues I encountered:
1) The site claims to provide an "instant" download link. I waited several hours before reaching out to their support team, and received the link after a significant delay.
2) The link directed me to a Microsoft page. The download of the ".img" file took quite a while with no progress indication. (This isn't a problem with the seller.) Just a heads-up.
3) Installation was straightforward by double-clicking the .img file, but I faced a "too many license activations" message when trying to activate the software. I contacted the support team and received a request for a screenshot of the activation screen after about a day.
4) After sending the screenshot, I obtained a new activation code about two days later, which worked successfully. My main concern is the slow response time from tech support. It took around 5 days from my order to activation. Nonetheless, the key takeaway is that with some perseverance and patience, I successfully installed my Office 2019 Pro software for a fantastic price.
12/20/2025: Finally received the assistance I needed and managed to activate the product. The customer service was outstanding as the support team responded promptly. It involved several emails back and forth, but I have my product and it functions. **Caution to buyers. I did receive the product I ordered, but it initially would not activate. I called multiple numbers I found and sent several emails, but received no responses, and the phone numbers seemed inactive.
I purchased an office product, and payment was confirmed almost instantly after clicking the 'add to cart' button. Instead of the immediate download I expected, I received a welcome email for membership with no further links. My inquiries have gone unanswered.
The initial software I received was not compatible with my MS 365 installation. The company exchanged it at no cost for a version that worked with my system within two days. I was very satisfied with their technical assistance and the quick resolution.
I purchased several keys for the Office 2024 suite. The keys arrived almost instantly along with links to download the setup files. I installed the software and activated it using the keys without any issues. I have made multiple key purchases with no problems. I highly recommend their services and will use them again.
