Placed an order last week with a delivery day being the following Tuesday. Its now Friday. Called customer service yesterday and got an extremely arrogant operator who clearly didn't want to be at work. Could not answer any questions about my order other than "as I told you, it's in transit". My question was "has it been shipped" and she repeated her answer again and again. Officeworks, please address either your stock shortages with honest answers, advise your customers online that goods are in or out of stock, but more importantly, get some manners for your customer service operators.
