Placed order The Day I Bought My Car (2nd Feb.)The contract of sale states 3 to 5 working days for delivery.Today is 15 Feb.A few days ago I tried to find out what had happened to my order...then I discover these people only use HERMES, the world's worst courier service, it was so bad they rebranded as Evri.I will never do business with a company that uses Hermes as their front of office customer facing trade. This is an automatic 1 star review no matter how good the products they make might be.The order is cancelled, parcel will not be accepted. Refund demanded.Change your front office service, Dawn. Driver goods on time as contracted.Fix your invoice terms before you go bust.Order refused at the door.
