Initially ordered the mats and personalized them, but they were mistakenly delivered to the wrong address and got stolen. I contacted the company, and they responded swiftly, sending out a new pair via tracked delivery. They just arrived, and I love them! Definitely worth the wait, and the quality and personalization of the mats are remarkable. They fit perfectly in my vehicle!
After mistakenly ordering the wrong mats for my desired model, I contacted the company. They agreed to replace them with the correct ones at no extra cost. This was on a Monday morning. I received an email that afternoon with a collection label attached, but I couldn't open the link to print it. I called the company again, and they were very helpful. They printed the label for me and emailed it directly. I took the incorrect mats to the local post office on Tuesday morning and was pleasantly surprised to find I didn't have to pay for return shipping. My new (correct) mats arrived on Friday, even before the returns were processed. They fit perfectly and look fantastic. I cannot fault the customer service in any way; they were incredibly helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone—you're unlikely to find better service!
