Absolutely the worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced with a brand. The masks smell very chemically and are not hydrating. I tried to return the masks within their guarantee window and they have made it so difficult. They made me open unused masks to take pictures, answer a whole host of questions. I also told them to cancel my subscription. It took several weeks to get them to supply me with a return label. Then they sent me another order of product and charged my card without authorization. I still have not received a refund from my initial order returned, and they are telling me I’m going to have to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee on the unauthorized order they sent. It’s been over two months of going back and forth with them. Worst company ever. Don’t they their products, and their business is a SHAM.
