Beware of their so called special offers. I’ve ordered masks from them before and the product worked really well for me, so wanted to order more. I received an email from them with a special offer and clicked the link and placed the order. I then wanted to check something so went back on to the website to do so and the same bundle was up on the website for £26 less. I’ve contacted customer service because I feel this is really misleading - I placed my order in good faith assuming this was a “special offer”. Their response was to first ask me to provide the screenshot and then, once I’d done so, to tell me that the order price is locked in when you order! I completely understand that prices fluctuate but this feels like a scam to charge returning customers more.
Absolutely the worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced with a brand. The masks smell very chemically and are not hydrating. I tried to return the masks within their guarantee window and they have made it so difficult. They made me open unused masks to take pictures, answer a whole host of questions. I also told them to cancel my subscription. It took several weeks to get them to supply me with a return label. Then they sent me another order of product and charged my card without authorization. I still have not received a refund from my initial order returned, and they are telling me I’m going to have to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee on the unauthorized order they sent. It’s been over two months of going back and forth with them. Worst company ever. Don’t they their products, and their business is a SHAM.
This company is a complete scam! They have enrolled me into a subscription without any permission. They use tactics on their website and there is no log in process to take your details off. I’m disputing with my bank now but quasi you owe a lot of people refunds and apologies for the financial stress you are putting people through.
If I could give no stars, I would. I didn’t realize that I signed up for a subscription and alerted the company when I received the 2nd order. They assured me in writing that they canceled my subscription on Sept 24, but on Oct 17 I was charged again. They now say they will refund me once I get the order and return it. I have had to cancel my card to ensure this doesn’t happen again. BEWARE
Im 61, have good skin for my age (few lines). Ive been trying these masks once a week for the last month. They slide off my face (1st hour) and didn't go clear for up to 4 hours. Ok wearing to bed over night.Skin looks OK in the morning, but nothing amazing like you see in their adverts.I won't be re purchasing, can get better results with my face cream
I gave this product a try for two weeks, didn't see anything changed to my skin. I waited almost two weeks for my hydration glow masks to arrive. Today 10/11 I checked my email and saw another set of order is processed for shipping which I didn't authorize and no email to inform me. I emailed them and was told by Hiba Taj Quasi support. He told me that I ordered with the 10% discount with auto which he sent me a screenshot of the original order. But the problem was it is the screenshot of my new order with the price that was higher than my original order. He also informed me after I requested for a refund since this mask did nothing to my skin after I gave it a try for two weeks. He told me it was too late because I only have 10 days after I purchased. This is ridiculous when I places an order it took them over 10-12 days before I even get the face mask. I went into the official website and saw the refund is 30 days. Right there it sounds like this Hiba Taj support team is already try to not get me my refund. Shady business. I just want my refund and don't want anything from this company which I will need to return the new order they automatically take money from my credit card and I already told Habi Taj to cancel any future order.
